About the job

Responsibilities:
Conducting audits of financial statements in accordance with the highest professional standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Assessing and evaluating internal control systems to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement.

Analysing financial data, documenting findings, and preparing comprehensive audit reports.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and strategies.

Staying up to date with industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional client service throughout the audit process.

Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Professional certification such as ACA / ACCA / ICAS or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing.

  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and relevant regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

  • Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
